When your husband becomes your Master-Chef!

What more does a wife want where even a bad day from work becomes the best day when she gets home and sees her husband cooking her dinner? It just makes her day!

Every woman loves to be pampered some or the other way by their husband or partner. Lucky are those who understand the situation and feel the need to help their wife, especially when they are experiencing a rough day, a mood swing day, that day of the month, a real bad day at work or when she is pregnant. Great understanding builds a great relationship.

This is something new that I have started experiencing and I am loving it! My husband and I are just expecting our first baby. I have never wanted my hubby to do any of the household chores. In three and a half years of our wedded life, I see him do some of them and it always surprises me when I see him do even smallest of the small thing.

The loveliest part is he totally understands my pregnancy situation and I feel so proud that he figures out my silence and comes at my help. Born and brought up in India, we girls are always taught “all the household work is for a woman to do” and the same I followed after marriage. Living abroad things are different and now is the time when I feel that when we two are alone, and if we don’t stand for each other then who else will? So there is absolutely nothing wrong in asking the man you love for any help if you feel sick or otherwise!

What more can make you feel happy while your pregnancy you just want to rest and you see him walk through the room door with a tray of bed breakfast? Won’t that make you feel amazing? Won’t that make you feel special? I felt on could nine the first time when my husband walked in with bed breakfast. I had no words when I saw my favorite orange juice which was freshly squeezed and yummy cheese grilled sandwich that too with amazing plating. On another small plate was something which he made sure to get me with a glass of water was my pregnancy multi-vitamin. What more could I ask for.

Never expected to see him do all these nor expected him to see inside the kitchen cooking amazing food! Still, I have a long way to go as just having entered my second trimester. Already receiving love & care in abundance.I wish that you all to-be-mommies are getting some help from your loving hubbies while you both are entering the new chapter of your lives!
